Meet the new Music in the Park team and join us as a volunteer

We’ve had some changes in the Music in the Park organising team. Several highly valued, long-standing members have unfortunately had to stand down. The good news is that we’ve had some great new volunteers join us and some of the existing group have also stepped up to the plate to take on additional roles. So, we’d like to take this opportunity to introduce the new Music in the Park team. The collage shows the new line-up and their roles.

We are also keen to recruit some new volunteers for our dedicated, energetic, fun-loving group! If you have specialist skills that you think would be valuable or are just happy to provide support, we’d love to hear from you.

In particular we are looking for a Site Manager, Health and Safety volunteer, Volunteer Coordinator and Sponsorship Seeker.

This is a chance to be part of the crew responsible for putting on this much-loved family-focused community event for the people of Thame, even if it’s just to help out on the day.

At the moment, we meet monthly via Zoom, have a lively WhatsApp group and communication via regular emails.
