Far From The City is a Bucks/Oxon based indie-rock/alternative band who have been around for more than seven years, starting off as a cover band in their local area, and now could be the next big thing! The band now consists of original and new members: Dan Field, Brad Baker, George Boydon, Matt Spencer and Adam Roberts. In recent years they have moved from covers to original music such as their first EP: “Medicine EP” released in early 2025 with old members Oscar Carro and Arthur McDonald. However, since changing the lineup last September, the band has developed even more! Recent gigs include Rewind South and they are now working towards releasing new hit singles with award winning producers to help slingshot their music career.

From their roots in Turville, to centre stage… They may be Far From The City, but their sound is anything but quiet!
